Then, all you have to do is let go and enjoy a combination of adrenaline, beautiful landscapes and fresh air in the Estret de les Penyes (Bolulla) or El Abdet (Confrides), two short but intense ravines. In the former, the upwelling, mostly of warm water, which is produced throughout the route increases the water level, often giving place to spectacular pools of water where one can float while looking at the strip of sky between the limestone walls of the ravine.
