Accommodation

Over 300 hotels, rural houses in historical buildings, spas and campsites provide you with a wide range of accommodation options to choose from

Visitors could spend a whole month in the Costa Blanca, jumping from a five-star hotel on the seafront to a national parador, a body treatment centre, an old farmhouse in the mountain or a campsite in the middle of nature, all within 100 kilometres of each other.

The Costa Blanca has grown stronger over time, creating a detailed infrastructure to satisfy the increasing demand for accommodation. Enjoying the beach does not mean that you have to deprive yourself of a good spa. Going hiking or getting to know the cultural heritage of the province's inland does not necessarily mean that you will want to stay in a charming rural house with plenty of history.

The province has over 300 hotels, with more than 60,000 beds. Some are five star hotels located in places such as the centre of Alicante, on Villajoyosa´s seafront, in a fairytale location in Albir or close to Javea's promenade. But there are also close to two-hundred charming rural houses built in old country houses, farmhouses, mills or small mansions. Many of these are chosen by those who feel strongly about protecting the environment, ecology lovers or simply those who are looking for some peace and tranquillity in a privileged setting. The region also offers close to 30 campsites as well as opportunities to get a seasonal holiday let.

A wide variety of high-quality accommodation options can be found with the help of the Internet, through websites such as Temps, First Class Hotels and the one recently launched by the Association of Hotels in Alicante, www.findelargoenalicante.es, which includes accommodation options as well as guided tours.
