The municipality of Alcalali is located in the region
of Marina Alta, enclosed in the Valley of Pop, through where the Gorgos River
flows. In the fields they cultivate almond and orange trees. There are also
vineyards and rius-raus where they dry the grapes, which determine the
character of its landscape. Within this municipal area, we can find the minor
local entity of Llosa de Camacho, and also two mountains that are the
attraction for tours and hikers, the small Sierra Seguili and Coll de Rates.
