Benilloba
is a town dedicated to the textile industry, typical and traditional sector of
the area of Alcoià-Comtat. This has allowed it to stop the migratory flow that
is affecting the rest of the small towns of the district. Considered one of the
most important and prosperous municipalities in the area, this medium sized
town, presents long and winding streets. In the Muslim era it was a farmstead,
but nowadays there are no vestiges of it. The palace of the Revillagigedo is
still being there.
